Marrakech's reputation was such that its name extended to all of Morocco until the end of the 19th century. The heart of the city, surrounded by its ramparts, contains the medina, a maze of narrow alleys where you will be delighted to get lost. In April 2015, as a consecration, the famous "TripAdvisor" site ranks Marrakech as world destination number 1, according to millions of votes
